The friendliness and service is outstanding. Rooms are fresh, updated, and have great! TVs. Here's the best part... The staff speak so warmly and glowingly about their general manager Bernadette. Apparently her heart is truly into the hospitality business, thus, she inspires and empowers her staff to do their best to care about the premises and visitors. Remarkable to be welcomed by a such a cohesive and upbeat team, who love where they work.

. Hello, I am from Iraq. It is one of the most beautiful places I have stayed in during my trips abroad. The building is beautiful in terms of architectural construction, and the people there are the most professional and helpful, beyond beautiful.They offer the most delicious and incomparably delicious popular dishes. It was a beautiful trip and the place is more beautiful for us. We will return in the coming days.

If it was finished more than a month ago they have, it still looks brand new. Property is well maintained. Roomy rooms, good breakfast and great staff all around. Everyone was pleasant and attentive. Hotel is super convenient. My one con is the road noise My first night was loud then nearly nothing night 2. Maybe it was memorial day holiday traffic.

I just checked in about two hours ago, and I’m already blown away—this is an easy 5-star stay. From the moment I walked in, Jayden and the front desk team made me feel like a genuinely welcome guest, not just another check-in. Their energy was the perfect balance of warmth and professionalism—like they were actually excited I was there. I didn’t realize how much that matters to me until now. I usually expect hotel check-ins to be forgettable, but this one instantly put me at ease. That kind of hospitality sets the tone, and they absolutely nailed it. And the room? Huge. Beautiful. Spotless. Ashley clearly put care into every detail, and it shows. I don’t normally use hotel bathtubs, but this one was so clean I didn’t even hesitate. That alone deserves applause. I'm about 500 miles from home, but if I lived nearby, I could easily see myself coming here for staycations. It’s that good. Parking was simple, and the hotel has everything: gym, pool, laundry—and the bed? Let me tell you, it’s dreamy. Medium firmness with pillows so soft, it feels like laying your head on a cat’s fluffy tummy. The only thing missing is the purring. This stay has completely changed how I see hotels. I’m genuinely grateful for the quality and care this team has put into the guest experience. Thank you for creating a safe space that feels like an escape—bright, open, and beautifully put together.

The hotel is clean and well appointed. The staff go out of their way to make me feel welcome. Super nice pool and large workout area.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn and Suites Spokane Valley from June 5–9 with my partner, Christine. We were in town to celebrate a wedding. During our stay, Christine had a great interaction with a staff member named Lydia and was eager to make sure she received recognition. We were extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. Throughout our stay, we frequently saw staff members actively cleaning communal areas—wiping down elevator interiors, mopping, and tidying up the fitness and pool areas. Lydia, in particular, was kind and thoughtful during an encounter in the fitness center. While Christine was on the treadmill, Lydia was cleaning the area but first took a moment to explain what she would be doing and asked if it would be disruptive. This gesture made Christine feel more comfortable in the space. We also noticed that the floors, corners, and carpets throughout the property looked fresh and spotless—something that’s often overlooked in other hotels. In our opinion, cleanliness is more important than aesthetics or furnishings, and Lydia, along with the rest of the team, clearly prioritizes that.

The rooms were a uper clean and the staff was friendly. The system was down when I tried to buy a coke from them so they gave it to me for free.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. I will stay here again when work brings me back to Spokane.
